I have pursued a lawsuit against Ally Financial for “excess wear” charges at the end of the lease when the leased vehicle was in perfect condition when turned in.

I have pursued a lawsuit against this mortgage servicer failing to honor a mortgage modification provided by a previous servicer.

I have pursued a lawsuit against this mortgage servicer for starting a foreclosure when the consumer was current on the mortgage.
